The Tibetan medical and spiritual traditions contain profound teachings on how to transform and rejuvenate the body, energy, and mind through the vehicle of our subtle anatomy: tsa, loong, and thiglé. In this three day experiential class we will study the basic theory behind Tibetan anti-aging practices and learn simple methods for improving health and vitality and balancing the mind and energy:

Body: Basic diet and lifestyle and physical exercises according to your typology; selection of chulen herbal substances according to typology

Speech/ Energy: Breathwork; Mantra Recitation (of the long life Buddha, Amitayus) to empower herbal substances

Mind: Meditation to balance the five elements

Teachings are based on the instruction of Yuthok Yönten Gönpo, father of Tibetan Medicine from the Gyudzhi, Four Medical Tantras and Dr. Nida's personal experience.

No prior background in Tibetan Medicine is required to attend this course. Chulen herbal formulas will be available to purchase after the course.
